Consultations are for advice only and are not considered a Building Inspection. Consultations are verbal only, parties are encouraged to take notes. Consultations are for the express purpose of assisting with site design and site requirements and constraints.
All fees are payable prior to any work being carried out. If a re-Inspection is required additional cost will be payable before the re-inspection is carried out. Failure to book and pay for a re-inspection may result in a Certificate of Non-Compliance being issued. All prices shown do not include GST and GST may be applicable to any service listed and may be added to the total. A 1.5%
online payment (eWay) surcharge will be applied at checkout and will be added to the total.
The information provided on our forms is shared with the relevant Council or other parties as permitted by the Owner or Owner’s Agent. It is not sold to any commercial third parties.
