Our Pool Safety Certification Process:
Inspection – We will send out our registered swimming pool safety inspector to your property on the pre-scheduled date and time. Certification – If your pool barrier meets the pool fence regulations, we will issue the swimming pool compliance certificate that can be registered with your local council.
Site Advice – This service is specifically designed to help Owners and Designers who are looking to alter a pool barrier or even for those installing a new pool and are looking for the best result for their barrier, factoring in functionality, costs, maintenance and aesthetics.
Re-Inspection – We will give you up to 60 days to get the compliance issues resolved. After this time period, we will re-inspect your pool fence and if all is rectified, issue the certification.
Non-Compliance Certification: A certificate of non-compliance will be issued and lodged with the council in rare circumstances, as set out by the requirements within the Building Regulations. If you get a non-compliance certificate, you may be required to pay penalties to the council.
